The language centre of the university is an independent institution. It is a member of various Institutions and Organisations, and since 2000 it received a all new face. The new centre offers the possibility of learning new languages in a way suited to your needs, whether these are of scientific or casual nature.

Our services:

• Co-ordination of all offers of the Philipps-University Marburg for language teachings
• Collecting and creating educational material
• A Self-learn centre where you can learn a language by yourself with the help of technology, German, English, Russian, French, Italian and Spanish courses are available.
• Service for all university departments (Audio-/ Video-/ Multimedia-recordings)
• Lectures in FB 09 (Workshops about media)
