Quality of our groceries

Consumer rights are written big when it comes to purchasing groceries for our students. We inform us about crisises such as the BSE scandal. We react accordingly and through modern quality measurements we ensure that our purchases are free of substances that could damage the health of our students.

The Student Council controls the quality of food and drink before the purchase, during transport and delivery, during preparation and we even take care to not damage the environment with our waste. The kitchen staff work under strict hygienic circumstances, and regularly take part in lectures.

What's in there?

We take great care to inform you about all the ingredients we use in preparing our meals. We inform you about chemical ingredients, and describe all other ingredients, for example the kind of meat used in certain dishes. We inform you about the origin of meat, the percentage of alcohol in eg wine creams, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask our qualified personnel should you have questions.
