Mission statement
A vision is described as a condition, moulded by thought and emotion, which appears in the minds eye when one creatively think of the possibilities the future beholds. It is based on dreams and ideas. These visions, firing with their creative energy, guides us into the future, making our dreams reality.

To translate our visions to realistic goals we developed our mission statement. This mission statement functions as a guideline and point of reference. It navigates us in the direction we need to move. Keeping to these guidelines encourages the necessary coordination of our observation, thought, and acts enabling us to make future prospects reality. The mission statement reminds us of our dreams, contains our intentions and thus addresses our emotions. Based on these foundations, our mission statement reminds us what we strive for and motivates us to stay engaged.
Our Mission statement functions as a description of what we think the future must look like. Statements are given concrete form and serves as templates for future conditions, soon to be achieved.
