Everything we do is based on the wish to fulfill your every need. It is understood that we respond with a sense of responsibility on the trust you put in us. We act in interest of university and students.
We can be proud that it is customer focus, quality of service, economic efficiency, and social equality which are the main factors influencing the success we achieve in our work, and our competitive capacity.To achieve this we make use of updated management-, and marketing strategies, modern personnel management, public relations and an effective distribution of responsibilities
We see it not only as our duty, but our responsibility, to ensure that all our students have equal conditions concerning their studies, including those with a family and those with physical disability. Being a non-profit public concern we ensure the compatibility of social justice and economic efficiency. It is not easy ensuring this compatibility in everyday life as the concurrence is big and other providers of boarding and lodging , as well as catering services, compete economically with us. This inspires us though to improve our services and products every day anew! Innovative thinking, economic efficiency, ecological product-, and service politics and social justice help us to achieve this goal.
Our actions are based on the engagement our staff members and on the experiences we have gathered working with students and their needs over the last few decades. Your needs are important to us and it is our wish to offer you an appropriate service.
Individually we wish to:
- act ecologically-, economically efficient, and to respond to the requirements of Agenda 21.
- to use our economic efficiency in favour of the students and the university.
- work as efficient as possible to exclude mistakes from our work so you can benefit from quality services and products
- create a positive image to the public and keep it up by working hard and responsible.
- to create a friendly working environment for staff members. Creating an environment marked by trust, tolerance, fairness, team spirit and collegiality improves the quality of service.
- ensure a successful service offered by motivated, friendly, content staff members who all have the wish to permanently improve quality of service.
