We are all staff members in a content, motivated team, who wishes to fulfill our tasks with engagement . We value a honest, tolerant communication style. Over 200 staff members provide you with service and counselling every day. We strive towards professional and social competence, not only for our clients, but also in the way we work together as a team.
We all value a tolerant and open-minded working environment. We believe that happy staff members increases the quality of service. We see our staff members as individuals and it is of great interest for our working politics that every individual make use of his or her special talents to help create a team which is capable, flexible,creative, hardworking and most of all satisfied with their working environment.
We lead our team in such a way that our staff members are included in decision-making processes. Making mistakes is human, and inspires us to learn, and improve our actions.
Our head of staff values the development of modern leadership methods and emphasizes on the importance of including staff members in important decision making. Personal needs, talents and knowledge are being taken into consideration, and our staff members are actively being encouraged to take part in extended vocational training programmes.
