We are not only obliged by tradition to provide students with a broad palette of services, products and counseling possibilities, much more it is our self-image that encouraged us over the past 80 years to support our students, and to adjust our working field to the ever changing living conditions and study regulations of our students.

We think of ourselves as a competent and efficient partner in close cooperation with the university. The modernisation of the university brings along many changes, not only for our students but also for us. With the introduction of of bachelors and masters degrees, the abridgement of study duration, and the raising of success rates, we as well are confronted with new challenges. We assist the Phillips University in meeting the challenges of the reforms of the Ministry of Education. This is an important factor in the ongoing competition between universities. We ensure that our services are always on the latest stand, and superior to those of competitive institutions.

Our services are operative for the implementation of equity, the successful combination of studies and family, internationalisation of studies, and ensurement of barrier-free access to the university. Being a statutory body we succeed in the implementation of these educational-political matters.
