Medical insurance for international students.

All students in Germany must be medically insured. Without proof of medical insurance you may not enroll at the university. You may take out insurance at a statutory medical aid fund, or a private fund. The statutory funds are usually cheaper than the private funds.

Fees are calculated according to your age and the nature of your studies.


Medical insurance for all foreign students until their 30 birthday, or the 14 semester.

Medical insurance for students aged 30 and over, or those after the 14 semester.
